You may have heard of the elusive “Selected For You” offers from Chase. If you see the green checkmark, there’s a chance you will get approved for the credit card despite the 5/24 rule. In the past, I’ve had this offer for Chase Sapphire Preferred, but since I already am a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholder, it’s unlikely that I would be approved.

On June 4th, a new round of “Selected For You” offers went live on accounts of business owners (aka people with a Chase Business card). I saw the offer on my Chase Freedom account. This offer was for the 50,000 point sign-up bonus on the Chase Ink Unlimited. This is a great deal since the card has no annual fee and I otherwise wouldn’t be eligible. If the application shows a fixed APR, then it’s likely you will be approved despite being over 5/24. My application went pending but I was approved a few days later!
Did anyone else see this offer on their account and have any luck applying?
